Firstly go to My Account > Passes & Vouchers on here and cancel the sports pass.
Follow all the steps on screen (approx 4 steps) until you get the green thumbs up message that you have cancelled the pass.
Then jump back to your Passes & Vouchers section to check that a red cancelled message is showing next to the one month sports pass to prevent it auto renewing.
Then on your account go to Settings & Pins and add a payment pin to your account, where this should prevent this ever happening again.
Once you do all of the above, pop over to live chat and explain to them what's happened and ask for a refund.
