Hello. I had to make a payment for my broadband over the phone as I had an email saying my payment was overdue. I have a DD set up however no money was taken out. I tried to pay via My Account, but I couldn't do it. Has any one else had this issue? I also need to know how to claim the compensation they offer for cancelling my set up date by two weeks? The email I received said I didn't have to do anything and it would be sorted automatically but I have had no further contact regarding this matter. Does anyone know how I go about sorting this issue as well please? I tried ringing the phone number to speak to a person but I just kept getting an automated service which was not what I want. Any help would be much appreciated. TIA
