My direct debit payment should have been taken out on the 10th of this month but 3 days later it still hasn't been taken. However, on my bills section it says it was taken, which is not true. The internet connection just cut off now (10pm December 13).
How can I solve this issue?
I thought it might have been because the payment method was paypal and my card associated with paypal was expired, so yesterday i updated my payment method but still nothing happened.
