I have cancelled my 1 month sports pass, I can still watch it until 11th April. I have taken out a special offer of six months for £25. I have paid for the 6 month pass , went through banking process ok. But the pass is not showing in my account on my passes. Any idea how I cansort this out. Doesn't seem to be any live chat.
The offer you got is £25 a month for 6 months.
It is not a one off payment of £25 for the 6 months.
