payment not showing

I have cancelled my 1 month sports pass, I can still watch it until 11th April. I have taken out a special offer of six months for £25. I have paid for the 6 month pass , went through banking process  ok. But the pass is not showing in my account  on my passes. Any idea how I cansort this out. Doesn't seem to be any live chat.

The offer you got is £25 a month for 6 months.

 

It is not a one off payment of £25 for the 6 months. 

Take a look at this link on your account. It’ll

show any made and up coming payments.

Hi, thanks for you message, I do realise  that the £25 is per month I have used this offer before. Regarding live chat it, never   works.

That’s ok, was just making sure as some folk had read it as £25 for the full 6 months. 

As for live chat, have you tried using other browsers? 
The reason I ask is that live chat can be picky with some browsers.
