payment issues

my card failed I updated but TV not working what can I do, do I have to wait until next payment date

Any failed payments for NOW they will keep trying to take payments out. 

Jump onto live chat to see what staff can do for you. Make sure you click “chat online” within the green box and not “get help quicker” as this is a bot.
