order processed but I haven't received a pass code

 I've just purchased a Now TV bundle.  I can see tehpurchase in my paymnet history but haven't received an email or the pass code.  Is there another way to get the code so I can start watching?

Any help appreciated.  Thanks

Yes but I thought as suggested I'd be able to start watching straight away
on my tablet. Do I have to wait for the stick to be delivered?

Hi @Anonymous User

Yep, unfortunately you will have to wait for delivery of your new stick, where either in the box there will be a paper scratch card voucher code to apply to your account.

Or probably the stick will be electronically pre loaded with the voucher code for your new pass.

When the stick arrives and if there is no paper scratch card voucher in the box, then set up the stick on your television set and follow the instructions on the TV screen.

Once the stick is activated, then go to nowtv website under My Account > Passes & Vouchers section where you will see a redeem button on the page to start you voucher pass or passes.

Then you should also be able to watch the new voucher pass on your tablet as well.
