I am guessing the £22 is for your monthly NOW Broadband (assuming you have NOW Broadband).
I find my bank statement payment dates for NOW is around 5 to 7 days later than the dates shown on my NOW online account.
On your bank statement is there any NOW reference next to the two bills ?
