i've been looking for an email address for customer services but there doesn't seem to be one. i've tried numerous times to use the live chat but that bot thing is absolutely useless. why can't there be a simple way to email or contact about something none of those topics cover.
basically I'm looking for some help and none of the topics seem to cover it. I had a nowtv smart box, my mum used it. Unfortunately it broke months ago but because we had fallen out i didn't know about it, she couldn't get it to work so put it in the bin, but i've still been paying the money for the entertainment pass every month. I'm wondering if i could maybe get new hardware sent to me, since i've been paying for nothing...
