why is the now tv app gone from the store i carnt get it

We should at least consider the possibility that he is bemoaning the disappearance of the NowTV app (at least, as a working app) from the MS Store on a Windows 10 laptop.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Rest assured Now TV is still there. From my understanding when your at the “Home Screen” if you press the back button you’ll get to see the options for Now TV.

Unfortunately I believe this is the new strange route that Now TV has taken for the home page for its Now TV sticks.
