Hello Now TV

 

This is the only way I can contact you. You have been unable to take my payment as my purse was stolen along with cards at the weekend, when I get a new bank card I will be able to pay, until then I cannot. Sorry I have not been in touch but please forgive me as I have had to deal with 30 plus companies regarding new cards etc.

Should you wish to contact NowTV with regards to their TV Pass service, then the quickest & only real option is their live chat web service.

 

Where the Community Forum is mainly used by customers rather than NowTV Staff.

Once you receive your new replacement bank card you should be able to update the card yourself by going to My Account > Personal Details whilst logged in on here.
