no pass showing

hi

no pass showing in my account so no way to cancel.  keeps telling me to wait, but it doesn't update to show it.  what can i do?

I'm having the same issue, would be interested in any answers.  I get where there's no customer support available, I don't get why this facility has been broken for days.  Smells like they don't want anyone to cancel so they've taken it away as a possibility.

Quick update: I tried going to nowtv.com on internet explorer/edge, rather than Firefox, and it loaded ok and let me cancel my pass.  May be something to try @Anonymous User
