no account but being charged, this account was cancelled in may 2020 and i am being charged,

I want an immediate refund as you are taking money from my account illegally

Sounds like you clicked “get help quicker” not “chat online”.

 

The box “get help quicker” is the bot.

 

To speak to staff you need to click “chat online”. Which is what I mentioned in my first post.

For any form of refunds you will need to contact NOW staff directly, you won’t get anything from the forum as we are just customers like you and can help point you in the right direction.

 

If your saying no account but your being charged, do you have active memberships in your account?

I did contact them but I got a robot who was useless. The account is old but money has come out the account all of a sudden

This can't be sorted on the community I'm afraid, contact NOW directly, here if it relates to broadband, or here if it is TV.
