new account

hi there, i signed up for a now tv account this morning. can sign in on my laptop and tv but it doesn't allow me access to watch anything? just says account doesn't support this action? the Bot is useless as I need to actually speak to someone!

I haven't come across that error message before on the forum.

Are you based in the UK or Republic of Ireland and what is the make and model of your smart TV with the inbuilt native NOW App on it ?

Also which TV Memberships did you add to your account ?
