my bill is wrong

Does anyone know how i contact Now tv? there is no live chat or anything?

I have logged in to see my bill as gone up £8 this month was £35 last month. without any emails or anything to say why? its out of order ! im on a pay as you go broadband and will cancel if they do not bother to contact me.

First choose 'NOW TV account & payments', then 'I have a query about my bill or payment date'.

Then there will be a get in touch drop down, which you would select 'broadband' for the live chat. 

 

When I had broadband with Now TV, the number I used was 03300412460. Although not sure if it is still the same. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
