my bill has gone up from £30 to £35 without my prior knowledge. It's been a few months now, and I just noticed from my bank statement. Can you let me know why you have done this without first contacting me? Looking for another deal now.

Would this be relating to a Broadband Bill ?
If so, did the price increase come into force once you was out of your 12 month contract ?
Did you get an email from the NowTV a couple of weeks before coming out of the 12 month contract with options and prices ?
Check your emails and by going to My Account > Broadband & Calls > "Messages" whilst logged in on here.
Best option to give the NowTV Broadband Team a call to renegotiate a new deal if you wish to stay or look around for better deals from other ISP's.
