I notice my monthly billing have gone from £26.50 to £43.50 for not apparent reason. Trying to get through to someone to discuss it is very hard work as your contact system is poor.
Sounds like your discounted rate has come to an end. It does only last 12 months and is it not a lifetime discount.
You need to call the broadband team. Saying 'you' on here thinking you speak with staff is pointless I am afraid.
