i cancelled Hayu after a week and youre still taking payment

can you please reimburse the 2 x £3.99 amounts and cancel Hayu

When you look under My Account/Passes & vouchers, what does it show under Hayu?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

I've just cancelled my Hayu free pass, which last until 10th October, and, for my own protection, I've taken a screen print of that cancelled pass.

You are correct; there isn’t a number.

 

But the link that @gavs82008 kindly gave you above gets you through to NowTV Live Chat, who are empowered to help you with your issues.
