Depends, is it TV memberships or broadband?

 

TV, you click "chat online" within the green box, not "get help quicker" as this is the bot.

if you go to the link below and expand the 'how to get in touch' tab and click the chat online button. You should be able to reach a human being

 

It's recommended that you do this on a computer, not a mobile device, although a mobile device should work it will be quite a bit more fiddly
