Welcome to the forum.

Is your second voucher also for entertainment? If so you can't add it until you are in the last month of your current offer, eg if you've just added a 3 month voucher on your account you need to wait until you are in 3rd month.

When you are in the last month go to your My Account > My Passes page

https://account.nowtv.com/passes

and you will see a add a voucher link in the Entertainment Pass section for you to add your second voucher.
