Ive tried it more than once now and its still not working, i dont understand why its not working when the instructions are so simple....it just seems like its not reconising the voucher pass code, is there anyway you can help more please. Thanks
Welcome to the forum. Pop onto your My Account > Payment details page
to make sure sure your card details are correct (even though you're using a voucher you need an up to date card on file). If it is then go back to your My Account > My Passes page
and on the Entertainment Pass section click the apply a voucher link and try a few different combinations, especially where a letter may be a number or vice versa, e.g 5(five) and S, 1 (one) and I (capital i ), 0 (zero) and O (capital o) etc
and if you are still stuck after all that, go to
and choose the option for live chat who can check the code for you.
HI IM SORRY IF IM BEING A MITHER, BUT IVE TRIED IT AND GONE THROUGH ALL THE INSTRUCTONS YOU GAVE ME. THE ENTERTAINMENT PASS THAT I GOT WITH THE NOWTV BOX IS FOR TWO MONTHS AND IVE TYPED THE CODE WERE IM MENT TO AND ITS STILL NOT RECONNISING THE CODE. IM NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT AT ALL.
No worries, if I was you'd I'd pop onto live chat then. Ask them to check the code is valid and if it is ask them if they can apply it to your account for you.

Apparently live chat may not be able to apply the code for you, so if they're not able to help you can try applying it via your NOW TV box instead (open up the NOW TV app, go to the My Account screen from the main menu and choose the apply voucher option).
Or if that doesn't work post back and hopefully @Eddie-M will help further.
