email about overdue payment, but account showing payments of £0 every month for past 11 months

I have had an email saying my card payment didn't go through, I recently had a new card issued and I changed the card number,  Logging into my account, and it's showing payments of £0 every month for past 11 months   Chat is utterly unhelpful
