now tv are charging me 9.99 a month so is bt tried to message adviser but there is no send button after typing message can anyone advise please

Is your beilling direct with BT or NOW?

If its BT then you must contact BT to get anything resolved.

now tv but theres no cancellation button so cannot cancel I can cancel with bt easy enough but having problem with now

How are you billed for NOW? 
Again if it’s BT you need to speak to BT directly.
