charged large amount for landline call to mobile

but I thought calls to uk mobiles are supposed to be part of the anytime calls package

Where my understanding is if you keep the call under one hour then UK mobile based numbers are included in the Anytime Call package.

 

UK calls of up to an hour to 01, 02, 03 and UK mobile numbers only (excludes Channel Islands, indirect access, dial up internet + 070 numbers). Evenings include 7pm to 7am. Weekends include all day Saturday and Sunday. *NOW Calls Network areas only. Find our call rates in the NOW Calls tariff guide. Unlimited usage subject to acceptable and fair use policies.
