in the past two month i have been charged for a sports pass i did not request, this money has been taken from my bank account..
In August i booked a one off pass for the start of the football season, i have only just found out via my bank account the payments have continued to be taken.
there appears to be no way of speaking to a human being to cancel this payment and you get passed around an auto-mated system which is very unhelpful..
barring changing my bank cards how do you stop NOW tv from taking the payments ?
