charged £600 last year, £500 two years previous for services i don't use

I am trying to get a refund from NOW. They have taken £50 a month from me in the last year for services I don't use. Should I go to resolver? Anyone had any help from NOW?

You don't and won't speak to staff about account issues. See this link to explain the purpose of the forum.

What it sounds like is someone has got a hold of your account somehow and taken the membership out. So there are several things you need to do straight away.

  1. Change your password and sign out of ALL devices.

  2. Put a payment PIN on your account, this will stop anything new starting without your say so.

  3. Check your account to see if it's been taken through the website. Have a full read of this as an FYI

  4. Jump onto live chat to speak with staff about a refund. Make sure to be signed in and use the 'How to get in touch' drop down.

If and only if you don’t want to keep your account use this link to start the process to close it completely.

Before alarming @cath889 with possible fraud, should we perhaps ask if ‘services I don’t use’ were services she did use, but never cancelled once she’d finished with them?

Just walking away from Now is a bit like walking away from a boiling pan on the stove; it isn’t going to stop boiling just because you walk away. Though what Now will boil dry (or try!) is your bank account 😢

See the advice in my sig, both aspects.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Good point! And more importantly @cath889 if you “cancelled” them, did you any confirmation of the cancellations?
