Hello there,
I have been charged £33.10 this month and this is not what I've signed for in the contract.
I singed for £18 every month So could you please return the extra charge.

Are you referring to a price increase on your monthly NowTV Broadband account ?
If so, are you still in the 12 month introductory discounted offer or is the 12 month contract up where there is an automatic price increase (unless you phone the Broadband Team to negotiate a new discounted deal).
Anyway with all account related matters you need to either phone the NowTV Broadband Team or contact their online web live chat service.
