cant pay my bill

Your website says I have paid my bill on 21-Aug

You sent me an email saying I haven't paid my bill

I called to pay my bill and your payment system wasn't working

There is no way for me to pay my bill

You don’t ever speak to broadband staff on the forum so saying ‘you’ all the time will have no meaning. Try calling the number in this link.
