cancelling my tv pass

Hello I hardly ever (almost never) watch the TV on my NOW package so thought I'd cancel saving £9.99 per month. However, a message is displaying saying this may affect my account as this is linked to my braodband/phone package.  Can anyone help with what the cost will be if I do cancel? Thanks.

help! not sure where to post/ask for help! today I should be able to cancel my pass but its still saying that it will affect my "bundle" if I do so? I was asked to quote ref 04032578 on live chat but cant find it as Im rubbish with technology, apologies. Ros

I cancelled my account back in August/ September and you’ve cheerier me two months...
