cancelling direct debit

PLEASE can anyone HELP!

I don't seem to have any membership set up. I can access NOWTV on my televisions and watch the entertainment package. I want to stop my payments of £9.99. Can i just cancel my direct debit and NOWTV will stop providing me with the service or will they continue and i end up with a very large bill due to cancelling my direct debit?

It's NOT a direct debit. If you cancel your membership then of course you won't get access to the content, as it is not free.

I appreciate you responding. I cannot cancel my membership as it dos not give me the option to cancel. I have had a work colleague look at my account and he is boggled. All i want to do is stop the subscription payment and not land in debt by continuing to receive NOWTV

Where did you take the membership?

The help link I gave you tells you that there are several ways to take out a membership.

You won't be in debt for a streaming service because it does NOT take direct debits.
