cancelled pass, still being charged

I cancelled my entertainment pass sometime last year, yet I'm still being billed £7.99 a month. if i log onto my account to "manage my passes" it shows that I have no active passes.

no one else in my family has a now tv account.

I've tried emailing now tv but got no where with them.

Can you look at My Account/Bills & Payments, and see if the charges appear there?

 

If not, it’s pretty conclusive evidence that you have a second account running, and this is what is being charged.

 

If you can rack your brains, check your old emails, etc., maybe find out what it is, and close it?
