i cancelled broadband but still charged,
12 months contract was up. contacted and told them i was cancelling. got a message back aswell saying they were canceling my broadband as movin to another provider, but was charged 32 pound !!!, not happy as i decided to move after went from 25 a month to 32 and now ive had 32 from now tv come out and paid my new provider too so overdrawn as didnt expect charge from NOWTV as already cancelled.
