So, i moved out of my house, wanted to keep the TV service and cancel the broadband and phone, which i did lat week and thats fine, and i am expecting something back on my next bill date, when i look in my account however it still shows the monthly cost of the broadband and phone is due to come out, as a normal bill to be paid on the 2nd March. surely by now the details in my account should've changed to no longer show the normal monthly price?
im just worried the payment hasnt been cancelled and i'll still be charged
