I cancelled my subscription in November and NOWTV are still taking £9.99 a month out of my account,  after 3 failed online chat attempts and no response to an email I am venting my spleen here.  Not used the service since 12/5/2020 so decided to cancel and give away my NowTV box but am totally unimpressed that funds are still being taken...........I wonder if I will receive an response now!

The NowTV Community Forum is predominantly customers helping fellow customers out and will not be able to help with account related matters.

 

NowTV will occasionally monitor posts on the Community Forum, but i doubt they will reply to your post on here.

 

Your best bet is to keep trying the communication complaints methods on this link page below.

I am also assuming when you give away your NowTV box, that you factory reset the box to remove all trace of your NowTV account details (otherwise the person who received the box can still buy passes from it on your account).

 

If you didn't remove you account details from your box, then add a Payment Pin to your account, Force a logout of all devices on your account and change your password.
