canceling my tv

i have canceled all my tv from today i have tried to contact live chat but had no luck as of this morning all of a sudden i was charged for sports and a boost so £40.99 was taken from my account i will be claiming all this back and will not renew any of my services as there is no way to telephone your company at all and not a single person as requested this as i am the only one with the details this is the payment you have taken at 9.19am this morning the reference number is 586485 and i want it all back been sat waiting for live chat and it is just loading not a single person spoke to me my email is [email removed] so get this sorted and also i want to know who at your company did this as there asnt been any emails or notifications about this at all

When you cancelled did you get confirmation emails of the cancellation? Otherwise I am afraid the wonderful process for cancellation didn’t get completed. 

Try clicking the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down for live chat. Just make sure you’re signed in.

As an FYI you do NOT speak with staff on this forum who can deal with accounts and refunds, staff seldom post on it. The forum is mainly customers interacting with other customers.
