cancel day membership

How do I cancel my day membership?  I have not used it and have just bought it. I can't get hold of an advisor, any help would be much appreciated..

You can just keep it until you want it. You have 12 months, I think, to do this in.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
