can I get a customer service from a human please

According to my bank statement i am paying more then I should, and I cannot get a customer service from a human to sort the issue - mechanic customer service is not my choice of communication

Is it TV account or Broadband account related? 

If it's TV account related then your best option is to use live NOW webchat where there will be a human on the end of this service.

Click on the green chat online button from this link page below.

Unfortunately there is no telephone helpline number (unless it's NOW Broadband or Calls related).

Paying more for what? 
NOW provides TV memberships as well as broadband. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
