cANCEL MY dAY PASS AND need my refund

i just brough the subcription and channels not working at all .. keep saying active your pass

What do you mean the channels are not working?

 

What device are you using to watch NOW? 

 

What channels are you trying to watch?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
