On the email received from NOW Broadband towards the bottom of the email under "Do nothing" double check when the discount rate expires .
If it says 2024 then has the email says do nothing and the price will remain the same.
Should it say that the discount rate at £xxxx expires in 2023 in a few months time, then you will need to phone the NOW Broadband Team to prevent the price going up when the discount expires on xx/xx/2023 and the discount rate after this date will be charged and added at whatever £xxx figure is showing on the email.
