Hi all just wondering if anybody else is having money taken out of their account to the tune of £8.99 and £11.99 monthly, I have emailed now tv and they dont know what the amounts are for and I am now on email number 7 I have just emailed the CEO of sky as the service so far has been non exsistent.

I received an email at 17:25 today to say I have purchased a Sky Cinema Month Pass for £11.99. I did not make this purchase.

Yes I have been charged £8.99 for entertainment pass and £32 a month for broadband and calls ??

How can i query this? Online chat isn’t available
