bill

i set up my month FREE pass on the 5th and i have already been charged and it’s the 12th?! help?

What month free pass was that, and where from?

 

Being charged from the 12th suggests that you’ve had a free week, and that has now expired.

 

Things to check are (i) was the Pass set up correctly? and (ii) have you accidentally set up two accounts, nearly but not quite the same, and the free months pass is on the other one?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
