being charged for a pass i dont have

i was. looking through my bank statement and i noticed i had a charge of £3.99 from NOWTV. i had a look on my account because i dont use NOWTV anymore and realised i dont even have a pass activated. i just want to know how i can stop these charges or if i have missed the fact i have a pass

It is very possible that another account has been created with the same payment details. To check you can use this link.
