Renewing of my contract

I would like to renew my contract. I have phone number in my renewing email, but I'm deaf and cannot speak phone. Is there any option to do renewal without call?

fix charge changed

My normal monthly charge for all day telephone and broadband as recently been changed to around £26.50, now I have been charged £43.50, why?

Cancelling a membership

I have been trying to cancel a membership for about a year now with luck! I just want to talk to  human on the phone to sort this. I have been paying 9.99 for months for an account I cannot access!
