New Offer...no way of buying it!

Been emailed a 12 month offer ...yes ok i'd like to select that....email shows NO advice on how to, and account has no options to select. Are they taking the mick?

Resolved! Cancelling membership

It is virtually impossible for me to navigate how to cancel my membership. I have also just paid for Boost, which I did not sign up for. Please can someone help me.Lesson to learn, never sign up for anything with NOW TV.

Hi I want to know why my bill has risen by £9 n can u tell me when my contract is expired plz

Why has my bill gone up by £9 I can’t find where to look at all my charges and how long my contract is for n that 

increase in billing

I notice my monthly billing have gone from £26.50  to £43.50  for not apparent reason. Trying to get through to someone to discuss it is very hard work as your contact system is poor.
