I waned the sky cinema and it didn’t say I had to pay, but Its taken the money out which I’m not happy about if you can put the money back into my account it would be much appreciated thankyou 

Free trial

Hi. I cancelled my free trials for Cinema and Entertainment. I haven't watched any of the services since but I a still being charged the monthly fees. Has anyone else had this? There's no number to ring. Thanks
