Hello, I started a free trial but realised it’s a 6 month contract and I’ve been being charged. How do I get this rectified, the NOW app hasn’t been working and I haven’t been watching anything as I thought this had been cancelled. Thank you.

Resolved! Payment method (broadband)

Hi guys,I updated my new card details and it is already reflected on my account -> payment details. The service is not interrupted. But I am still getting payment processing error on my previous payment method.I am clueless why this happens?
