Payment for cancelled service

I have cancelled my broadband and the service will be taken over by the new supplier in 2 days but nowtv has taken the full payment out today. Does anyone know why?

Overseas calls tarriff

HelloWe frequently ring Australia. We are on the Anytime calls package. Am I correct in thinking the call charges to Australia are increasing from 2p/minute to 28.80/12.60p/minute from May 2022?

No details of broadband in account

I’m trying to alter settings for broadband that went live on the 22nd march 2022 but according to my account I can’t find anything that even says I’ve got broadband it says no upcoming payments…etc I’m so confused
