Anyone now why now just add different subscriptions without asking, they have have added cinema and boost, took payments too. I have tried to get refund via live chat but it won’t let me type, please help !!!!

How to 'chat' or speak to a human??

I was promised a refund of an unauthorised payment but haven't received it. Have tried phoning but they won't speak to me unless I'm a broadband customer and the 'bot' is worse than useless. Any ideas please?

Increase in charge

Why have I been charged 46.50 for broadband and calls when I have always paid 23.50.....customer service is absolutely shocking - the chat bot doesn't understand anything and I get cut off on the phone!

Cinema Trial £1

Hello i just tried to use the offer for sky cinema £1 for 3 months.now it has taken the £1 but doesn't show my account having sky cinema.  they did try and take another payment of £1 but i didn't let that one through
