I bought a 10 month football pass that expired once the season ended but I have now been charged £33 for a sky sports subscription that I did not want and have not used.
Can this please be refunded.

The live chat button is very fussy with regards to what internet browser or internet device you use.
If you can try a different internet browser and another device with a browser on it.
Or send them a message using the web form on the same link.

hi @schnapps your right it just doesn't work in firefox. chrome does work.
