amount paid

I have been using since September 2022.
I signed up for a year on the Super fibre course, so I should only have to pay £22 per month, but payments were being made at £35 each month.
I would like to resolve this issue.

Here are some phone numbers for Now Broadband staffers. You will need to speak to them to get this sorted out,

0330 041 2518, 0330 041 2462, 0800 759 1213 or 0330 332 3050

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
